Chrissy Teigen talks about the truth that the lack of son Jack will not be “processed”

Chrissy Teigen talked about how she processed the loss of her son Jack.

In a long Instagram caption on Sunday, Teigen reflected on the year she had when she shared a photo of herself and her husband John Legend, 42, at dinner in New York. “I’ve been remembering New York a lot lately when things were easy and thinking about all the things I’ve done and been through, not just this year but in my life,” she wrote.

35-year-old cookbook author “Cravings” said she was “a little downcast lately,” adding that it happened when she was considering a caption for her upcoming book.

“I thought of my book label and typed ‘my third baby is here !!’ like in the cookbook, and then I realized my third baby would never be here, ”she continued. “Then I realized I was throwing myself into the book so as not to think about the real, actual third baby.”

“We’re shocked and have the kind of deep pain that you only hear about, the kind of pain we’ve never felt before,” wrote Teigen at the time. “We could never stop the bleeding and give our baby the fluids he needed, despite the bags and bags of blood transfusions. It just wasn’t enough.”

“There is no profit”: Chrissy Teigen talks about being in the “demolition club”

“I don’t really feel like I’ve completely processed Jack, and now that I don’t have the alcohol to numb him, things are just … there, waiting to be recognized,” she wrote on Sunday Instagram. Teigen talked about why she quit drinking in December, citing a book titled “Quitting Like a Woman: The Radical Choice Not to Drink in an Alcohol-Obsessed Culture”.

She concluded, “I think what I’m saying here is that life is so (expletive) complicated. Wow, that was a roller coaster !!”
