Focus Dwelling Interactive is renamed Focus Leisure
Focus Home Interactive is a studio best known for some of the better titles of recent times, including souls like The Surge, vampire RPG Vampyr, the haunted adventure A Plague Tale: Innocence, and many more! The teams led by Focus Home Interactive have produced a variety of great, original experiences that are captivating. While I haven’t played too many titles under their wing, I plan on playing a good handful of them in the future. And today the team has some interesting news to share. As of today, Focus Home Interactive will be known as Focus Entertainment and will carry its game branding as such. They went to their official website blog to celebrate the news.
Focus said about the new label “Focus Entertainment” and what it means for the publisher and its future:
From now on, the Focus Entertainment brand encompasses all of Focus’s activities, whereby the term entertainment stands for the desire to diversify its games, products, services and sources of income. Entertainment also underscores the ambition to bring unique experiences to gamers around the world, backed by an editorial policy that is characterized by innovative concepts, imaginative gameplay and original worlds that push the boundaries of video games. “
Although it is no longer Focus Home Interactive, Focus Entertainment still aims to bring quality and unique experiences to players and will do so for the foreseeable future. They are a publisher to be reckoned with as the titles under their belt have received tremendous praise (A Plague Tale: Innocences Reception is a very strong indicator of that). It will be interesting to see what they can do in the future, with titles like World War Z: Aftermath on the horizon right now. Rest assured, as they announce more new projects, you can rest assured that we are here to cover them.
