Stray Kids reached their first million seller album!
On August 31, the group’s latest album, NOEASY, surpassed 1.1 million copies on the Gaon Chart, which shows shipments from stock sales to retailers.
After 930,000 pre-orders before release and 641,589 copies sold in the first week (recorded by Hanteo Chart), Stray Kids ‘“NOEASY” has now reached the milestone of Stray Kids’ first album, which has sold a million copies. This is also the first JYP Entertainment album to accomplish this feat.
Since its release on August 23, “NOEASY” has enjoyed great popularity worldwide and the title track “Thunderous” rose to number 1 on the iTunes Top Songs Charts in 52 regions. On August 31 at 10 a.m. KST, the song’s music video had more than 51 million views on YouTube.
