DAYTON, Ohio (WDTN) – As coronavirus cases and hospitalizations continue to rise, some are wondering whether a nationwide mask mandate should be reintroduced. Health managers are currently pursuing a different strategy.
“Nothing is perfect, so the vaccine is not perfect, a mask is not perfect, even social distancing is not perfect, but protecting it is always a better idea than not,” said CCCHD Health Commissioner Charles Patterson .
